Bluegrass Youth Ballet seeks bilingual (English-Spanish), experienced classical ballet teacher (full time or part time) for the upcoming season. During the academic year, full-time faculty members teach and participate in rehearsals for BYB productions. In addition to their teaching schedule during the academic year, faculty members will teach in our Summer Programs and Outreach programs.
Requirements:
Experience in teaching all levels of ballet technique, pointe, variations, (Vaganova preferred).
Able to understand/speak intermediate Spanish language.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Wonderful connection with children and parents.
Exude positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
Knowledge in basic computer skills.
Willingness to participate in all duties and events for BYB.
Additional Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Character or Choreography skills preferred.
Interview process will begin immediately and the successful candidate will assume duties in August 2019. Salary commensurate with experience. Full time candidates are eligible for health insurance benefits.

Looking for a female dancer who is willing to learn how to teach ballroom. Noe experience is required. We will give you free training and will pay you up to $25 per hour when teaching
