What: Latshaw Productions is looking to hire female dancers to perform in their upcoming summer tour show
"Viva Las Vegas".

Who: Female dancers, ages 18 and older, who are proficient and versatile in various styles of dance such as,
Musical Theater, Jazz, Ballet, Jive/Jitterbug, Latin, and Vegas showgirl.

When: Sunday, April 14 @ 6:00 pm and Sunday, April 28 @ 6:00 pm

Where: Auditions are held at The Larry Cervi School of Performing Arts dance studio in Monroeville.

About: SHOW DATES- About 10 shows run from the 2nd week in June - 1st week in July. Performances are
throughout the Pittsburgh area, as well as, Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maryland.

REHEARSALS: From May through 1st week of June in Monroeville. Rehearsal times are in the mornings
and afternoons about 2-3 times a week. Flexible schedule. Rehearsals are held in Monroeville.

Besides the typical administrative responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant, this individual will be focused on:
• Greeting students and ensuring a positive experience
• Booking and maintaining student, staff and studio calendars
• Maintenance and management of Franchisee and staff correspondence
• Media maintenance for studio
• Reports and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel and other software applications
• Materials and arrangements for meetings and events
• Other projects as assigned

The basic requirements for this job are:

• HS Diploma
• Friendly, hospitable personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a good understanding of office procedures.
• Familiarity with working with databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Proficiency with office-related technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Candidate needs to be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
