We are currently seeking acro and theatre teachers for our studio. We have an established studio looking to fill vacancies for different levels of acrobatics and for a theatre arts teacher. We are looking to expand our theatre program as well.

Arthur Murray Dance Studios of Central PA (Lemoyne, Lancaster, and York locations!) are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to train to become dance instructors!
During our instructor internship, you'll learn how to lead and follow a variety of dances including Ballroom, Latin, Swing, and Country; you'll also learn how to teach private lessons and group classes. If you're selected for the internship, you must be able to work full-time Monday-Friday from 12:45 pm to 10:00 pm, and a rotating Saturday schedule from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm (roughly once a month). Becoming an intern does not guarantee full-time employment as a dance instructor.
If you're interested, auditions are on Friday, November 1st, 2019 in our Lemoyne studio location. Check in and registration begins at 5:30 pm. Auditions will take place from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We're asking everyone who auditions to show up in business professional attire (i.e., no jeans or sweats). Dance experience is not necessary, but helpful.

A full time Marketing Associate Position will be available in June 2013 at Inferno Dance, located in Baltimore, MD.
Job Requirements: This person must have extensive dance experience and knowledge as well as a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a communications or dance centered major, but specific major is not required. This person will fulfill a number of roles within the company, including but not limited to: achieving a quarterly sales quota (selling events such as competitions, dance camps and conventions to dance studios and dance teams across the country), implementing strategic marketing efforts to promote Inferno, event planning and working at several events throughout the year, and completing daily administrative tasks in the office. This job also calls for travel throughout the year in order to teach choreography and to instruct at camps and conventions. This person must be willing to relocate close to Baltimore, MD where Inferno Dance is headquartered. Requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in dancing and some experience in teaching dance and choreographing. As a small company, this position requires someone who is proactive, willing to work weekends and travel, and someone who is able to juggle multiple tasks and duties that the job will require.

An Event Planner Position is available immediately at Inferno Dance.

This person must have experience in event planning as well as a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in event planning, business, communications or a similar field. A passion for dance is strongly encouraged for this position! The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event planning and be extremely organized, proactive and detail-oriented. The selected candidate will plan a variety of events throughout the year including choreography engagements, conventions and large-scale events such as our regional dance competitions. Some travel is required, but the majority of time will be spent at the office outside of Baltimore, MD. If not already located in the Baltimore area, this person must be willing to relocate to the Baltimore area where Inferno Dance is headquartered.

The Company Coordinator is a part time position that undertakes a variety of administrative and program management tasks. Coordinator will help in planning and organizing classes, competitions, conventions, recital, and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. We are looking for a motivated, team player with a strong technical background in Ballet. This individual should be energetic, reliable, passionate about dance, and have the ability to work with children of all ages. This instructor would be working with children from about 5 years old through 18 years old at all ability levels. Technique classes would also be a need for our company/competitive dancers. We want an individual who can help younger students enjoy Ballet and want to progress as well as teaching proper Ballet terminology and increase technique in older students by keeping them engaged in class. Prior teaching experience is not necessarily needed, but a strong background in Ballet is an absolute must.
