Fred Astaire Dance Studio on Madison’s West side is currently looking for a Male Dance Instructor for our growing business! We are seeking a motivated, charismatic, fun, creative individual who lives to share their love of dance and wants to develop a career with Madison’s award-winning elite ballroom studio.
At the Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Madison West, we strive to provide a rigorous dance atmosphere while maintaining a fun, enthusiastic, family-type vibe. Our staff members work together to create the ultimate Fred Astaire experience for each and every one of our valued students.
While prior instructing experience is a plus, we are able to train the right person if you have a passion for dance and enjoy working with a diverse group of people. If you are a good fit, we will provide all necessary training and have you dancing and teaching in no time!
As one of our instructors, you will have a ton of fun working with individuals or couples and teaching them how to dance to prepare for weddings, other events, or just enjoy their weekly date night. You will be teaching both private and group dance lessons, in all ballroom styles including Latin and Swing as well as participating in our fun monthly practice parties and events. Prospective teachers must enjoy ongoing dance training, working with all levels and personality types.
All instructor positions are full-time, 40 hours per week.
Working hours are 12-9 pm Monday-Thursday, and 1:30-10:00 pm on Fridays.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL TIME, LONG TERM, PERMANENT POSITION, NOT A SUMMER OR SHORT TERM POSITION.

Fred Astaire Dance Studio Madison East provides adult private/group ballroom dance lessons. We are looking for energetic and charismatic dance instructors! These positions are full time and include benefits and paid training! The hours are Monday-Thursday from 12 pm to 9 pm and Friday from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Dance experience is preferred but not necessary!

We are looking for a well trained Ballet Instructor who is capable of teaching all levels and ages from beginning to advanced including pointe. Teaching nights can be flexible, Monday through Friday. Pay rate is negotiable.
